“What a wonderful tour to such a wonderful place! Indeed, without Joaquin's advance planning & prep and Finn's expert guidance on the ground, I might have missed far too many wonders on my own. So if you're thinking of becoming a first time visitor to the islands, then Faroe Tours with its focused & small group approach is definitely THE way to go.
Finn was a fantastic guide -- it felt like he knew everyone as well as almost everthing that there was to know about the islands. His enthusiasm for his homeland was catching. Moreover, Finn was flexible and adaptable, constantly making adjustments to compensate for the vagaries of the erratic weather or the changing needs of the group. And he even took "special requests." So, if Finn is your assigned guide, consider yourself very fortunate!
And then Joaquin did a great job in the back office -- quickly & patiently responding to every request -- even when the information was already in the excellent handouts that he had prepared and sent out in advance. Thanks to Joaquin & his crew for being real pros.
